So Chad put my new tires on today...

I stepped down to a 205/40/17 from the 205/45/17 I was running. Fender heights are now 22" F/~22.5" R

Ground to pinch-weld clearance:

Ground to header clearance (kinda scary):

I need to find a header that flows as well as the SVT header, but isn't as close to the ground.

Funny enough, there was a flattened squirrel or chipmunk (couldn't tell) on the way home today, and I felt the header hit it every so slightly. LOL.

I can't go any lower, my header will be fucked! It probably will be anyway given enough time.

I'm gonna call Allen at SIM tomorrow to see how much it will cost to have my header vbanded to my cat. Eventually I'll get an ORP with rear re-located o2 bungs.

I'm trying to sell these with tires currently actually. I'm getting a super good deal on a set of 16x7.5 Kosei K1's, which are rare to begin with, but SUPER rare in 4x108. I was planning on running 205/45's... I really want more tire.

and kosei's are cool, but not rare at all. they are very strong and light wheight though. the honda crowd has used and abused them for years. and they come in lame "functional" offsets.

but, if they are not bent, its definatly an upgrade. and 16's will drop the car more with less rubbing!

4x108 in kosei are pretty rare.....4x108 is hell to find good stuff it seems..i never could when i owned my svt contour

4x108 Kosei's are EXTREMELY rare. There are only like 10 sets that are known of.

And the deal may have already fallen through. The guy may have sold them locally.
