picked this up this weekend. has the duratec 3.0 swap but has rod knock. planning on swapping in a new 3.0. has rebuilt trans with a lsd. ecu reflashed for the 3.0. has non svt trunk. show shop y pipe. car is pretty clean espically for the money. tranny doesent have the common grind. should b a fun car once swapped.

I love SVT Contours, sucks so many of them are in rough shape/not taken care of.

I had a silver with the midnight blue leather....Loved the car and the sound of it....But had the famous grind from hell.

I know Dan because he used to have a red SVT Focus, then traded it for this.

Well apparently he had the oil changed on the SVTF at some shop, and they overfilled the engine with oil and screwed something up, so he traded.
