Dude? What r u doing? Thinking? Where are you getting all this money? I've got some 15" wheels you can paint, any color you want and hammer that thing out on. 100$ and they're yours. Just need tires. I have some 50 series tires for another 50$ but if you want something smaller than 50s your on your own.

just save up some money man. rushing it and wasting money on a $100 set of busted old used wheels from craigslist or whatever wont get the car where you want it to be.

take it slow, focus on maintence, and save some money up. the car may be ratty, but ratty vw' have lots of character.

Chad hit the nail on the head. Focus on the maintenance. Having the car hammered on dope ass wheels but having to fix it all the time is no fun.

Yeah. That would probably be best. This shifter thing has been irritating me beyond anything else. The little metal ring that holds the shifter into the socket is broken so I have been Jerry rigging stuff to hold it there. Maybe weld it together if I get fed up enough lol

K. So found the eibachs Brett told me about at lkq one came off without a hitch. Second was a pain because the camber bolt rusted into the knuckle on the car. Only grabbed the fronts because my rears are still good. Front still looks too high. Maybe put the bilsteins back on the front but would have to fix the lack of thread on the one.but then again the sleeves from the civic coilovers are stuck on them. Also the epoxy didn't hold on the shifter at all so I Jerry rigged pieces of license plateful to hold it down. Seems to be working so far.

all the ones i could find at the jy were broken too. and to replace it you have to drop the exhaust. remove the heat shield and remove the shift box from underneath sever PITA compared to using random stuff to hold down that stupid little ring

nm found repair kit online for 10 bucks bushings additional 10. gotta wait til next week to order anything all bills due this week

Ordered new door lock to free using ebay bucks. Dirt cheap btw. Like 8.98 € which comes out to like 12 dollars. Comes with 2 keys woot
