Peacewalker's WRX: sLOWrex

Well, I figure its about time I started a thread on this. I traded the xB in on my 2012 wrx back in November and couldn't be happier. The xB was a lot of fun, but the wrx is amazing.

At the dealership, saying goodbye to the xB after I returned it to stock.



First thing I did was ordered a rack and got some tint.



I hate that the WRX taillights are clear so I painted them, it looks lie its a factory options nd really cleans up the back.



After selling my coils from my xB, I picked up a 3" CNT cbe.





I am not a fan of the new "bright eyes" that are on the 2012s

The subie is also great for plowing my driveway.



After selling my sled, I was finally able to get me some lows. I went with a set of BC coilovers.







After the springs settled, I adjusted the rear. I am now tucking tire. I am going to play with the fronts next week to go a bit lower.

There are many things I want to do this summer, hopefully some Varrstoens in 18x9.5.
I will be ordering a basket for my rack and a front lip shortly and also have been considering some rally armor mud flaps so I could drag them everywhere I go.
Not sure what I want to do for performance yet. I enjoy my warranty and don't want any denied claims. We will see tho.

I will get some more pics up next week when I adjust my suspension.

Everything you've done so far looks wise is pretty subtle but it made a huge difference in the way it looks.

I like.

Very clean and smooth. I like it. With a touch more low and some nice offseted wheels, Its gonna look mean.

It was a nice day to work on the boobaru today. I adjusted my coilovers a bit. I like the height its at right now. Going to stop tweaking them until I get some new wheels.

Thanks guys! For wheels, I have too many ideas. Was thinking lemon lime Varrstoen 2.2.1 among others. I have also been thinking about the Rota SVN in 18x10 and ti-chrome. Who knows though, wheels are a ways away unless I can score a good deal on something decent. I would also love some CCWs, but they are mad moolah.

Broke some plastics on the highway



Caught a bird in my hoodscoop

Was on the freeway, heard something dragging, thought maybe my mudflap was coming off. All of a sudden I see something go flying out the back, thought it was the flap. But it ended up my inner fender got sucked into my tire and ripped some underplastics to shreds.
