Picked these up Monday night, drove an hour west to Lansing and had some delicious Mennas as well, win/win.



They need a little love but nothing I can't handle. They aren't as wide as I want, but I can't complain for the price.

Today I picked up the "smart car tires" and had them mounted and balanced so I could put them myself.

It needs spacers, not only to sit more flush but to keep the back of the rim from bashing the inner wheel well. I'll get those in a week or two probably. Civic fund officially depleted currently.

those enkies are dope, they fit the car perfectly. i also like the tires, its nice to have a little meat sometimes.

I drive the car 3-4k per month so I love the extra tire I got. It rides smooth as hell. I'm glad I went this route.

Its a relief getting things done... what spacer measurement?

Probably 15mm in the rear, 10-15mm in the front.

I'm just going to order some and see what fits.

That won't be for a week or two though. Unless tips are really good today.

Do you have a local source for spacers? Or just ordering them online?

Is that a gold cavalier on 24s? Also nice on the wheels and tires. I had a pain trying to find 45 series 16s for cheap. Finally found some 195/45 16s for 250 shipped

I know a local fabricator that could make the spacers, but it's kind of a pain getting him to work on my shit. I might just order them.....

my next car is either gonna be a drag car, low rider regal, or a donk. how the hell did he get those wheels on there >.< and how does he drive anywhere with the little 4 banger those wheels would slow it down so much

The local fabricator Revshift ignored me like usual, No surprise there though. I guess I'll have to order some, but I need to figure out what I need before I order them.... I'm probably going to order extended lug studs, and lug nuts first, install them, then test fit the wheels with a stack of washers behind them so I can get an accurate reference measurement before I order spacers.

can you take pics of the stretch? i'm wondering if these are do-able on 8's or 9's. i'm on the fence with 195/50's or 155/60's. your wheels are 7" wide?

they look great. are you having rubbing issues on the inner fender wells with the taller tire? when we put the keg in mikes sedan it dragged tire the whole way home in the rear wells.

I think it would fit 8's but probably not 9's.

Mine are only 6.5's unfortunately. I'm actively looking for 8's though.

They rub when I hit hard bumps, I'm looking for a stiffer rear spring currently to cure that though. Also with a 1 inch spacer it shouldn't rub nearly as easily as well.

Only time will tell.

the ebay civic coils are really stiff. they actually made my gti sit higher

Run like a junkyard setup. Maybe accord spring?

I would think the accord springs would be stiffer as they are a bigger car, get those and cut them?

Probably going to just order the ebay coil over setup to replace my current spring.
