it doesnt bottom out any more, and the springs were a bit thicker than the civic ones. it rides MUCH better, but that may be because they are cut 3/4's of a coil longer. | |

| it doesnt matter when, just pull them off and i'll work on them when you drop em off. the 14's rub too much and the 13" steelies look gay. those bbs will be perfect, and i'll give them back whenever you want em. | |

| I am not in much of a hurry to get them back, I just went and made sure the lugs were nice and freed up, shouldn't be much problem getting them off. You gonna be doing any work on sunday? I might make it a point to stop over. I gotta get to tinkering with the boat in case a good car deal comes along. AKA maybe a MK3 golf...lol | |

| unfortunatly chris's bbs diddnt fit. but they do look really nice now. i'll update this because i was forced to work on it. i had been wondering why i couldnt keep the interior clean, and how i kept getting shit in my eyes while driving the car. after a hard rain i figured it out. the spare tire well filled up with water, and all the dust in the interior was from the rear tires. this bitch is ROTTED. so naturally, i'm not going to fix it right. i hopped in the jetta and went to lowes with a crispy new $20 bill. nabbed up a few cans of "great stuff" and i figured since i was going to tear the rear interior out i might as well do a proper rear seat delete. i picked out some strong thick particle board and some matching blue carpet for the interior. i caked the wells with the spray foam to fix the dust/water intrusion. then i cut, mounted and wrapped the wood in the rear. its more than strong enough to hold engines/trans/wheels/tools etc. etc. after all this, the car drives much MUCH quieter and its an all around better ride. no more water or road dust flying around. | |
