i havent updated in a long time.


the jetta got a 3" stainless turbo back and a forge motorsport splitter. then, i decided to replace the loose rr wheel bearing and found out the rear beam bushings were shot.

so i installed a whole new rear beam, and since i had to disconnect the brake lines i had to bleed the system. the bleeders came out along with the threads in the aluminum calipers. so its got new calipers now.

fuck.

now it is fixed and being more baller than ever. but now chad has no car that is low. not even on drop springs.... WTF!?!?!?!

high cars are cool now. i wanted to be like you.

today, it got $460 tires. fo free!

Jealous that you fixed your exhaust already and my DP has been snapped in half for over a year now. Still sounds better than stock though.

update! bought new wheels yesterday. coilovers came in today!
suspension will settle with time. my tires are hitting the perches preventing me from going lower... so i gotta work that out.

Damn no Brocks? Either way sawblades will be sweet.

the brocks were a good deal, but not wide enough. with the deal i got on these blades i can get adapters and new tires and will sit better in the end. plus, i can get lower on 17's

so... the car is now too low to auto-x. so i'll be a spectator once again because i mod cars literally undriveable. the front settled almost an inch tonight in 30 miles.

i started stripping the sawblades tonight. fucking pita.

they look great in the pics but in person they had some clearcoat issues, so i decided to refinish them.

the jetta settled over 3/4" so far since those pics. i'll get more once i buy a new camera.

6th coat of zip strip as i speak...
